When I'm making a homemade DVD...?

Question: ...on the computer...well, I burned it onto a DVD via my computer. But it won't play on my DVD player. I think I have to finalize it. How do I do this? There's no finalizing option in my program.
Answers: Finalize is an option in the settings usually on the panel or hidden in an advanced tab or other menu on the panel just before you burn the video. Some programs will let you import a disk and then you have check the setting and finalize it if you have burned it previously. They make this option so that you can add more video to a previous disk until it is full or you are done adding.

If would be a lot easier and more accurate to answer you if you said what program you are using to burn the DVD with.
most dvd player wont play until u make dvd video
use nero to do that
go nero then find optin MAKE your own dvd
now add video file option
when u add video
then say next
now in the bottom side u see more optin tab
in that try to find video option
u must choose dvd video
now follow all the commands
u will be able to record ur video to dvd as dvd video
Many DVD plalyers don't play common formats from a computer. Ifyour DVD plyer is new you shouldn't have to worry about it, but if it is older it mighnt not play DVD-Rformats.
