Question: im sure this question is on yahoo somewhere but im asking again. I have a Samsung SC D353 video camera and i have it running out of the usb plug on the camera and into the usb port on the computer. i dont have any other wires for it and i turn the camera on and then windows movie maker says capture device not detected, make sure the device is plugged in and working properly. I dont know what to do about it. I updated video and media driver on my gateway...what else should i do I NEED TO GET THESE VIDEOS ON HERE SOON!

Answers: You can't download video via a USB cord. You have to use a firewire cord (ieee1394) and your computer needs a firewire card (ieee1394) installed in your computer. Here is a picture of what you should look for.
