Is there a way to record something anything on a TV with a tape-using video camera?

Question: My video camera is an old model, and still uses small tapes to record stuff. It can't connect to a PC, it only has AV Cables and a cassette adapter (used for putting the small tapes inside it to play in a VCR). Is there a way to record things on a TV, without actually having to physically record the TV?
Answers: You should be able to record video out of your TV and into your camera, assuming it has a video in function. The details will depend on the age and features of your camera, but most likely you can use standard rca-style composite cables (red-white-yellow) from the video out or monitor outputs on your TV to the video in on your camera. Make sure the camera is in camera/record mode, not VTR mode, and simply press record.
