Unable to get the cassette out of Camcorder cassette compartment.?
Question: The battery is fully charged...even the power cord is connected....able to open the cassete compartment door and hear ding sound confirming that the cassette compartment door is open and the cassette is suppose motor up but it does not.
On LCD it prompts to take the cassette out.
Any one know the fix or what do you suggest?
Answers: What type of Camcorder. If it is an older Canon you are out of luck.
I had that happen to a panasonic camcorder and I had to take it to the shop,they found that the type of tape I used caused the problem and I never used that type again.Sorry not much help
