I would like to know is there such thing as a DVD camcorder for under $200?
Answers: You can check at best buy, sometimes they have sales. But otherwise, no I don't think you can find one for under $200. The cheapest I seen is around $350 and I've been looking.

It is hard to find a DVD camcorder for $200, but it can be done. Other than reading the classifieds or using eBay, you can visit actual stores.
I know we change our cameras several times a year and as we do that we mark them down in order to move them. These cameras are still new, still in the box, just no longer going to be carried in the store.
If you time it just right, you may be able to purchase your camera for your price range.
