Can video files deleted from a DVD handycam/camcoder be recovered?
Question: I have a panasonic DVD camcoder. Yesterday accidentally a video got deleted. Please help, it was very imporant.
Answers: If you did not record any other video after the clip was deleted then you might be able to recover the video using software. If you have recorded on the same DVD again then your chances are pretty slim.
If you are lucky then you might be able to retrieve the video using something like Nero or another DVD editing program. If not then you will need to professional data recovery software which is not easy to use. If this is the case then I would recommend that you take the DVD to a video or computer pro.
