Does anyone know how to get video from the Sony DCR-SR42 to play in Quicktime?
Answers: The Quicktime Pro version can handle the mpeg2 video format (that's recorded by the SR42 and other HDD camcorders). Otherwise, you would need a video conversion program such as MPEG Streamclip (http://www.squared5.com/ )
