What's the best cell plan with t-mobile for a 14yr old?

Why do you need a cell phone? Cingular and Verizon both have good family plans. In my opinion, Verizon does indeed have the best network.
Family Plan would save you alot of money... but if she plans to use the phone alot... the 49.99 would be more than enough 1000 Mins, free nights and weekends.

But, if I were to get one for a 14 year old, I would go pre-paid with them so that they can learn how to manage their minutes. To get them a regular plan could be asking for trouble, all the texting costs, all the minute overages.
At least with pre-paid, they have to learn how to budget their minutes and control their usage or else it just stops working.
Also, if you were to go with T-Mobile's pre-paid phones, when they are ready to go to a regular plan, you can use their same phone on the regular plan and save some money.
