Who thinks that since Cingular wireless got so big, that their customer service has gone down the drain?
Question: To top it off their service has been crap since Hurricane Katrina but all they want to do is replace your phone.
If you threaten to cancel your cellular service they don't care. Email me if you want to threaten in large numbers and we can get results.
Answers: I can tell you they're customer service SUCKS BIG TIME! The only reason I stay with them is they have a better selection of phones and I like their website, but if I have to call them for anything, I swear I could spit nails when I get off the phone. I've contimplated MANY times switching to someone else because their customer service is HORRENDOUS. Not to mention when you go into their store, you have to take a number and wait AT LEAST 30 minutes before you get helped. I'm with you!

I agree that they're struggling with their service. Every time I change something on my plan (like up my minutes or add a feature) something else gets screwed up! My voicemail stopped working twice and most recently my MMS feature stopped working. When you call them to inform them about this, they are just like -- oh yeah that's something that happens when you change your plan. Great. Helpful. Morons!

I must get lucky when I dial 611, because everybody I have come across has been extremely helpful. Communication between the service center and the stores is the real problem I have experienced. There seems to be some real tension between the employees at the store and the employees at the end of 611. There always seems to be a communication breakdown when I need them to work together.
