Looking for opinion poll on how many people in the UK have pay as you go phones and how many have contracts?

who pays line rental anymore?it a con,free mobile pay phone bill ,thats 2bills,p.a.y.g much cheaper.
I have two mobile phones and both of them are contract. One is for 18 months the other is for 12 monts.

i only got the contract coz i wanted a new phone for free. i use the new fone with my payg sim card. and i pay the min amount on the contract to get my credit rating up.
Pay As You Go. Its more reliable. At least you know how much you will pay each time. On contract you have lots of hidden charges, and if you were told the bill was only £100 a month, the chances are, the true amount will be £1000.
