Is there any way I can switch without paying the fees?

Question: I am on verizon wireless and want to be on cingular. I can't get out of this stupid contract till dec of .07 is there any way you know of to get out without paying the stupid fees? I have contracts!
Answers: Provide an address that you are moving to in a place where Verizon cannot provide service. if they cannot provide you service, then how can you continue with them. I had to do that with alltel. But for me, I actually had that problem. I moved from Ohio to Las Vegas and we do not have Alltel in Las Vegas so they had to let me out of the contract b/c they can't provide service where it does not exist. Look for places in Iowa or Montana. There are pockets there that Verizon does not provide service. Good luck... I've been in your shoes!!!
This is a toughy. Cell phone contracts are so tough to get out of. I'm trying to get out of one myself that my sister and I are part of as a family plan. All she could find was someone said, Fake your death. Really, they are that tough to get out of. It's sad.
No you can't. you either pay the early termination penalty or keep with them until the expiration of the contract.
nope....just like you can't get out of helping me get 2 pts
probably not :(

verizon is evil. honestly, they have the best coverage, but the worst customer support. they're like evil robots.
I sell cellphones for a living and to the best of my knowledge there is no way to get out of your service contract.
but if you do decide to switch i would have to say that Cingular is a very good choice, also consider sprint depending on your circumstances.
