Need help with my sagem my z 55?


Question: my mate was messing with my phone, now when i turn it on it says my SIM is blocked and i need to refere to my user guide, which i have mis-placed. I need to put a number in but do not know which one. it is not my puck or pin. any ideas?
Answers: if your sim is blocked, you should contact your network provider because it is your puk code that you need and maybe its your puk 2 code you need.
If you go to the sagem website, go to support section and select to view the manual online this may help you, have looked but does not give a default code, only states the number is between 4 and 8 digits and was made available when Sim first activated. Are you sure you did not write it down somewhere !!!!. Beware if you enter incorrect code too many times it will block the Sim permanently and you will Need to contact network provider for a replacement. perhaps if you contact the network provider, after giving the usual security question answers they may be in a position to assist you.
