If i have a plan with t-mobile and want to stay can i change my phone?
Question: i want to stay with t-mobile but my phone is getting really old are they going to charge me to change it?
Answers: If you have been with the company longer than 11 months and you are on a year contract, there are usually at least two different types of phones you qualify for, for free, if you are willing to sign up for another two-year contract. If you are in a two year contract all ready, and it has been past twenty-two months, you are at a great place to upgrade your phone for free as well, by signing another two-year contract. T-Mobile offers great deals to their customers by giving them discounted prices for several different types of cell phones to keep their current customers when it comes to the end of their contract terms. So, basically, if you sign another two-year contract, there are always at least two phones you qualify for free, and then several more they give you a low discounted rate on. If you threaten to cancel with T-Mobile, they will try to work with you anyway they can to get you a cheaper price for a phone if you decide to stay with them and sign another contract. Good luck!
OF course you can change the phone but you will have to pay for the phone but u will get the dicount price but the best place to get a phone is ebay there cheaper but only get the phones that are new ones not used ones
