don't get phone with internal antennas. Mine has one and it rarely has full service, and at times it goes out of service. The one i had before with an external antenna worked great.
bloototh and mp3 player well sori i dnt live in mumbai but u can get these mobile of worth rs 7999/- in jaipur

I have a Nokia 6680. I like it, I'm struggling with the memory though, seems that it doesn't have much memory, but otherwise it works nice, has almost all the things you named. I got it on contract.
