Question: Is the WII version better looking then the gamecube version? Is anything better on the WII one?
Answers: I prefer the Wii version (my brother's friend came over with the GCN version). Their is very little difference besides the controls. If you like buttons and button mashing then the controls of the Gamecube version is better for you. But (like me) if you think flicks of the wrist, shaking the Nunchuck, and aiming your various items with the Wiimote is much more fun then the Wii version is the one to get. Besides that there is very little significant difference.

It is exactly the same except that on the Wii all of the maps have been reversed using a mirror program. The graphics are slightly better on the Wii and you also get to use the Wii nunchuck and controller making the game much more fun to play.
It actually depends how you prefer playing the game if you like swinging your arm then i would suggest the wii, if you like just playing on a controller i suggest the gamecube also if you look at the guides it says that the gamecube versions maps are the reflections of the wiis zelda maps
