Wii Help! Just got a wii! is there anything else I need?
Question: I just got a nintendo wii, It comes with one controller and nunchuck. Is there anything else I need? I want to play with friends and family? What else should I Buy?

Answers: You'll probably want at least one more remote& nunchuck. A memory card & charge stand would also be good investments.
As far as games, go I'd say: Wii Sports, Wario Ware Smooth Moves, Mario Galaxy, DDR, Guitar Hero 3, & Wii play for family games. I'd also highly recommend Legened of Zelda, Metroid Prime 3, and Link's Crossbow Challenge
video games.
I don't have a Wii, but if I did I would get Legend of Zelda, and all of the Mario Bros first. The Wii really doesn't have that many good games.
If you want to play with other people you need another wii mote. Get the package that comes with Wii play.
You will want more controllers and nunchucks. The Sports games are the most family friendly fun. Some people buy the charging base for the controllers, but we keep rechargable batteries in our house all the time and they last longer than the Wii charge.
My favorite game is Trauma Center which might not be good for little kids, but teens and up may like it. My husband and daughter really like the Zelda game. Good luck and have fun.
Your Wii should also come with Wii sports which is a free game.

Well, all you REALLY need to play with your family and friends is 3 more Wii Remotes for $40.00 each. You CAN choose to buy 3 more Nunckuck attatchments, as well, for $20.00 each. BTW, the Wiis on Amazon are over 400 FRICKIN' BUCKS!!! So DON'T expect me to buy one. REALLY because I already have one (I've had it since the day it came out). My favorite multiplayer games for Wii are Rayman Raving Rabbids (1 and 2), WarioWare: Smooth Moves, and Wii Sports.
