I am looking for info on the new pokemon games.?
Question: I love pokemon. I know it might be silly to some but I love them. I played leaf green and sapphire and was sorely dissappointed. I own crystal, gold, silver, blue, yellow and red. In my crystal game I have 15 lv. 100 pokemon. None of my games have been gamesharked ever but the battery in my gold died and I lost my game. Thankfully I was able to put them in my crystal before the battery went but it caused a massive save error so the gold game is useles now. I heard that pokemon pearl and diamond are compatible with a new WII version of a pokemon battle game like the old stadium 2 game. I also heard that you could save the data to the WII itself. Is this true? Any info would be appreciated. After the horrible dissappointment of leaf green and sapphire I am leary of spending anymore money on anything Nintendo espescially pokemon.
Thank you.
Answers: Well if you are looking into the Battle revolution for Wii, than you are making a very good choice and if you are looking into the gameboy or DS games than i would go for pearl i have diamond and its great, but you can catch about 5 more pokemon in pearl. Also if you didnt like leaf green than you might not like the new games cause there about the same exept for new places and pokemon. Hope I helped.
My little bro is obsessed with pokemon and he always downloads his diamond and pearl pokemon to Battle front on wii. It is really useful. He enjoys it very much. So what u heard was 100% true.
Good luck :)

Not sure about the saving on the Wii, but you can use your pokemon from Pearl and Diamond in the new Pokemon game for the Wii. Its also the first Wii game that can play with others using wifi. Sounds great to me!
