Our video camera is not working because of it needs to get it head clean?
Question: somebody has any idea where to go,headcleaner casset is not working.
Answers: if you want to clean the heads on your camera DO NOT USE A COTTEN SWAB this WILL damage the heads, cut a strip of and index card, dip it in alcohol and press with with your thumb agianst the video drum, then with your other hand rotate the drum will holding the soaked piece of index card to it, this a very safe and effective way to cleaned video tape heads
Take your camera to Circuit city or any other electronic store, they can help.
Use a cotton swab and some 91% rubbing alcohol. Use sparingly. and clean it. Allow it to dry about 20 minutes and try again. If it doesn't work, get it repaired or get a new one.
