Anyone know how to make or find an auto telephone dialing machine?
Question: This machine must have a function of activation and de-activation. This machine should have a telephone socket and we are able to set telephone number(s) and message(s). There will be 1 pair of cables running to the door from this machine. While the door is closed, it is closed circuit and the machine will show normal condition. When this machine detected an open circuit (door is opened), after 10 secs (nobody de-activate the machine), it will automatically dial the phone number(s) and send the messages to the phone (Mobile) to alert the owner their house door is opened.

I can think of several way to do this from commonly available parts, but I'd hesitate to jerry rig something. When it's needed, it has to work and work exactly as planned.
If you are spending money and energy to do this, I'd suggest doing it right.
