I would like to ask if a "Ferrite Core" joint sealing can be opened without breaking the core istself...?!

Question: I need to RE-wind a transformer of my own specification/choice but need to use a Ferrite core as former for hi-freqency. I picked an old Flyback coil & tried to break the coil, but no success due to the coil been sealed permanently in a solution which is hard like iron to break. Does any chemical will dissolve this hardened substance?!!
Answers: You can purchase ferrite cores, toroids and formers from many electronics supplies outlets, and be able to choose the specs for permeability, frequency, physical size, etc.

On the cheaper side...
Some electronics hobby stores sell transformer kits, or cannibalising old equipment like old radio equipment or computer power supplies can be productive too.
A flyback transformer is sealed due to the extreme reverse induction generated by the horizontal output loaded by the deflection coil. You're not going to open a flyback with anything other than a saw.
yes it can be opened without breaking the core
It doesn't look good.
Yes, it can
Welcome 2 the new age
- EPOXY sealed !

... extremely tough and dicey
try anyway ... use a hacksaw at edges and see if u can save core

- Sorry mate, no chemicals can dissolve them
They are cured polymers, polymerization complete i mean
.. they soluble in un-polymerised or monomer state, but NOT ONCE POLYMERIZATION IS COMPLETE !
