How can I record a telephone conversation on the computer?

Answers: there are some util programs than can record audio on the phone line through modem. no extra connections required. I think modemspy does this and you can search for more.
well. This is how I would do it. I'd need a speaker phone, computer mic, and software. Turn the speaker phone on. The software I use, I have two recording programs. Sony Acid 5.0($80) and Creative Mediasource ($30) Make sure my input recording is set to the mic, and press record on my programs. I DJ, so the program I like is Sony Acid. I don't save it though, cause it turns it into sony format. I just close and it saves due to default. I open it with the creative media source, but its still labeled under Sony Acid
