Sony Vegas 6?
Question: How do you add transitions to the videos you make on Sony Vegas 6 I'm new at it and it's kinda hard can you help me?
Answers: You need two seperate pieces of video. You can split one within a project, that will work too. then you need to overlap the edges of the video where the transition will occur. You will see lines on teh video in that area now, representing the video fade. Open your transition window, and drag teh desired transition to the overlapped area, you wil lsee a little icon show on the cursor sort of like a bunch of overlapping pices of paper. Drop it tehre and a window will pop up to configure teh settings for your desired transition.
Voila :)
