Norcent H Theater in a Box plays full sound w/ movies but uses only one speakr w/ sub when I wtch the sopranos
Question: Norcent DP1600 DVD Home Theater in a Box (Silver) for some reason will use all speakers when watching movies, but only one speaker+sub woofer will work when I watch the sopranos on dvd.
Answers: The reason should be because all your vocal in a surround sound setting comes from the center channel. If you did not set-up the sound field correctly in the menu, this is the result. Also, if you are NOT getting all of that sound through the center channel, you have the speakers hooked up wrong.
This is possibly because the theatre system is built to work with a multi-sound input... 5.1 surround or 7.1 surround... but your television may only be recieved in stereo or mono. (This can be checked and fixed in the menu selection of your TV)...
