How do i convert mhz to watts?

Answers: You can't, they are not even remotely related.

Mhz means Megahertz, or millions of cycles per second.

Watts is a measure of power.
E = I x C
A conversion isn't possible

Megahertz is the unit of measurement for audio/sound/radio waves, and watts are the unit of measurement for power.

That is the watts are how POWERful the sound is, and megahertz is the FREQUENCY of the sound your hearing or measuring.
When you figure out how to properly phrase what you are questioning then repost. I know I am not alone in wondering what the heck you are talking about.
You can not do this. mhz is a freqency measuement and watts is a unit of power - two different things
