I have a durabrand home theater system i was wondering if any one has universal remote codes for it?
Answers: First of all, Durabrand is not a good brand. To answer your question, you could buy a universal LEARNING remote control that should learn from the current remote. Basically you point the durabrand remote at the universal remote, and press a key. The univ. remote learns the key. Then you do the next jey, and so on... The catch is that for really off brands (i.e. Durabrand, Coby) the universal remote won't understand the signal that's coming out of the original remote, so it won;t learn from it.
check the companys web site
Look in the yellow pages for a Circuit City, then go there and ask them about universal remote controls, they could probably help, or you could always try Fry's Electronics.
118 works for me on the 2Wire Mediaportal Remote.
