Has anybody had any luck with really long (50 ft) HDMI cables? Anybody know a good, cheap place to get them?

Answers: This is your absolute best bet for cheap cables.

No, I don't have anything to do with the site, but I do shop there.
Hope this helps :-)
ebay is the best place for cables, 50 ft shouldnt be a problem since it's digital signal.
Go to www.gefen.com They have a signal transfer system for HDMI that converts it to an optical signal for extended lengths.

Good Luck!
I am in the custom electronics industry and have used long runs of HDMI several times and never had a problem. Can't give you any good recommendations on where to find a cheap cable, but I can tell you from experience that I good one won't cause you any problems.
