Someone plz help me that how to detect a bug on my phone line, coz i think that someones tapping my phone?????

If it's the police, you will never find out. With a proper warrent they can place it undetected.
The average Joe probably can't place an undetectable tap on the line. Give your suspicions to the local phone company and ask them to send out a tech to test the line. A good tech can locate it easily.
The local spy shops are selling a lot of non-evasive taps that can't be detected, but you would need to access the phone line somewhere to put it on. Since most people don't know enough to place it directly on the phone plant, it would have to be in the home maybe in the NWI on the side of your house.
