Why i cannot make any long distance calla from my home landline phone?
Question: it gives my bussy tone even for north america or overseas

contact your line provider and ask, you may not have overseas facility, they can turn it on for you no problem - check that they won't charge you more for your monthly line tho

You don't have a long distance plan with your phone. You need a long distance provider, if you already have one, call them about it.
You didn't pay your bill in full for a few months.
