Do I need to keep my phone line for att call advantage to work?
Question: I called att and enquired about the call advantage service. They told me that since my dsl connection is through the sbc phone line. I would have to keep my existing phone connection. I was hoping to lower the phone bill by using call advantage. Can anybody provide information about this.
Answers: you gotta see if you can get a better deal...call advantage is broadband....see if sbc has a broadband service....its better when there are bundled!

I had SBC DSL and I was dead locked into that contract for a year.
When my contract ended, I got cable internet, switched to MCI and gave SBC the virtual finger.
