What's up with the iPod battery class action suit?
Question: My iPod is eligible for battery replacement under the settlement, Apple sent me all the paperwork. I sent it in last fall, but I haven't heard anything more.
Is the settlement still going forward? How long will I have to wait before they do something? Do you think they'll replace my battery or just give me a new or reconditioned iPod?
