I can't get any of my videos to update onto my new iPod?
Question: What do I do, because I can only get photos and songs. The videos do go into my iTunes Library on my laptop, just not onto the actual mp3 player.
Answers: Click on the video in your library and then click on the pull down menu labeled advanced click convert selection for ipod.

maybe you don't have an ipod video and you just have an ipod photo
