Am I the only one who doesn't have an Ipod?
Question: I see all my friends and other people with their Ipods, and everytime I would feel poor and left out. They would talk about their Ipods and I would just be listening to them.

I too dont have an Ipod, I do have an Mp3 player... but somethings wrong with it at the moment.
Just think of yourself as that 'cool' person who doesnt follow trends.

It's just a thing, a materialistic thing. If you want one, save up and buy one. If you want one just to fit in, find something more constructive to set you apart rather than being just one of the crowd.

Nope You are not alone...An Ipod does not seem like a real necessity if you have a cell phone.
The iPod is really pretty expensive, and ironically, most people who buy them don't use them quite as much as they think they would have.
If you can save up enough money to buy an iPod, I recommend that (unless you really really want an iPod) you should invest in something whose value is likely to go up, or at least keep its value. In 5 years when your friends are throwing their iPods away you'll still have something of value.
This is just another phase in continuous upgrades to the personal music gadgets.
It was Walkman then the CD player and now the MP3 players. One does not need the latest version to listen to music. In fact you do not need to own one at all if you have no use for it.
You can choose friends who will not make you feel left out just because you do not have the Ipod.
And if you really want one then start saving for one.
But be assured it will go out of fashion as soon as they bring out something else on the market that is fancier than the Ipod.

I don't have an IPod. Most of my classmates have about 2 each. and don't feel poor! you're saving some money when you don't buy one!
dont worry about that. there are many other types of music players you can get in the market that too cheaper than ipod . so try for that.

nope. i don't have one 'cause i don't have the money to buy one but i have 2 mp3s. 1 is on the fritz and the other trying is to survive 'cause i drop it every 5 seconds but it's pretty cool it's 256mb but i have 200+ songs on it and you can record songs straight off the radio and it has a mic to record whatever sounds you want and i can listen to 1 tv station :).it plugs straight to the computer so you can use it as a usb drive.it's like $60@ walmart.it's called MuVo TX FM. on the link below you can see how it looks.
nope, i don;'t have one because they suck, they break too easily but if they maede a really string, hard-to-break version i would consider buying one
